TICKET is St. Clair Interactive’s application template for self-service ticket applications. It provides the customer with fast response and transactional throughput exemplifying true ease of use.

Stand-alone or combined with a number of other St. Clair Interactive developed templates such as CRM/LOYALTY, TICKET provides a powerful self-service mechanism for providing the customer with ticketing functions.


TICKET provides the customer with a process whereby the he or she may select from a number of events, view seating options and either reserve or purchase tickets for the applicable event.

Information associated with the event is generally categorized in 2 levels.

All tickets are bar coded and contain the location ID, transaction tracking number, date & time, receipt number, event name and where applicable seating information (Section, row, seat number). In addition, a 1 800 and/or local contact number is provided.
